Terry has over 35 years experience in the document storage, microfiche, microfilm and document scanning sector as well as diverse business and executive management experience. As the chairman of MISL Terry has always been keen to ensure that MISL is perfectly positioned to provide the right products and services to all our clients in an ever evolving market and so remains "hands on" in the business development.
Jon has over 16 years experience holding many senior positions and gaining excellent industry knowledge. Starting life in I.T. Jon gained extremely strong technical skills allowing him to set up exceptional operational environments. Jon prides himself on effective and clever management to get the very best out of the environments he operates in. Very much hands-on Jon is responsible for everything Technical and Operational alongside all commercial sign-offs.
Tom joined MISL in April of 2017, bringing with him over 25 years experience within sales and account management roles in data capture and document management roles. At MISL, Tom is responsible for developing new customer relationships in new and existing markets whilst also further developing and enhancing MISL's existing customer relationships - with a focus on providing an exemplary service to customers who require one or many of the document management solutions MISL has to offer.
Kirsty has worked at MISL Ltd since 2004, previously holding the role of Production Manager for 8 years. During Kirsty's time at MISL she has developed a wide range of management and technical skills, experience and knowledge in the document management bureau environment which, together with her exceptional commercial and customer service skills, she is now applying to her role Operations Manager.
Atkin has been with MISL since 2010. Initially joining the accounts department as an assistant by 2011 his understanding of the business and his ability to mitigate risk whilst adding value was clear and he was promoted to Financial Controller.
Atkin became a full member of AAT in 2012. He has played a pivotal role in the expansion of the company by improving processes and reporting standards, providing clear financial advice and support to directors & shareholders, leading on-going training for his team and demonstrating the ability to adapt and overcome new challenges in the fast-paced and evolving market MISL operates in.
Joining MISL in 2016, Steve is a very experienced manager who brings a host of skills and experience to the MISL team that he has gained working in a wide range of industries. In his dual role, he is responsible for ensuring that MISL achieve and maintain its required accreditations, whilst also proving HR support to the business, enabling MISL to achieve its strategic goals, and continue to deliver exceptional customer service.
Lloyd joined MISL at the beginning of 2016, bringing experience from several major financial institutions during the course of his career. Most recently, his role managing various IT projects for an international telecommunications provider in locations across the globe have honed his technical and management skills, many of which are now being brought to bear on the processes and technical aspects of the IT systems at MISL.
